3. How to Return Items
Follow these simple steps to return your items:
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team at returns@estabena.com or call +20 123 456 7890 to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready.
Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Package Your Items
Carefully package your items in the original packaging (if available) or a suitable box. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking number for reference.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size and color within 30 days of purchase. Here's how exchanges work:
- Same item in different size or color only
- Subject to availability of desired size/color
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference
💡 Exchange Tip
For faster service, you can order your desired size/color and return the original item separately. This ensures you get your preferred item quickly!
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable (unless item was defective)
⚠️ Important Note
Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement.
6. International Returns
For international customers, please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Allow additional time for international shipping and processing
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right:

- We'll provide a prepaid return label
